Room 5 (Trinity Hall) is a deluxe double or family room on the first floor at the front of the property, with tea and coffee making facilities, room fridge, private ensuite bathroom, 49 inch TV and toiletries**.

Room 5 has an optional extra of a double sofa-bed to accommodate a third and/or fourth guest. This option is strictly for family use only, and will only be available/prepared if booking is for 3 or 4 guests.

Use of the sofa bed as a second bed (i.e twin occupancy) for 2 occupants will incur an extra one off £15 charge, and must be arranged more than 24 hours in advance.
